Electrical/Mechanical with Field Service Technician
We are looking for an experienced electro-mechanical technician to evaluate, assemble, and maintain electrical systems in our equipment. The technician does not design electrical systems but will identify potential problems in design. Have a good understanding of wiring requirements. Be willing to learn how and what Radio frequency generators are. How they work and what is required to adjust them.
To be successful as a technician, you should be able to read electrical system design plans and recommend improvements, as well as calibrate instruments, and diagnose faulty equipment.
You should have an understand of pumps and fans.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic devise wiring, equipment, and apparatus.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment
- Red lining Schematics 2-D Drawing experience a plus.
- Experience with SCCR and ARC flash calculations a plus
- Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
- Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit diagrams, and schematics.
- Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment.
- Give input when ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.
- Assemble and install mechanical components required in our systems
- Ability to use laptop computer to interface with PLC and/or PanelView hardware for diagnostic purposes.
- Perform critical calibrations and alignments, both mechanical and electrical to assure proper functional system operation.
- Grow into a position of a traveling technician to service and troubleshoot all of RFC’s equipment worldwide.
Technician Requirements:
- 2-year electrical, technical, or related degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience as an electrical technician.
- Willing to travel for Customer support
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
- Hand tools are required for the position and are not provided by RFC. Specialty tools are supplied to an employee during employment

Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
Produces CAD drawings and schematics, works from limited documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, diagrams, layouts and plans often requiring interpretation and application of comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of electronic theory and principles.
May work on analog and digital type circuitry and logic systems. Conducts complex testing in a development mode requiring improvisation of procedures, components, parts or apparatus and determines methods or actions to rectify malfunctions or design problems. Provides design details where lacking and recommends modifications to engineering designs as necessary.
Performs complex engineering tests and development support tasks. Selects and sets up laboratory test apparatus or devices/test equipment to test and evaluate the performance and reliability of lab models, prototypes and systems designs.
Research, analyze, design and develop computer software systems to support organization needs and/or in conjunction with hardware product development or introduction of new computer installation within the organization. Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming and documentation. Consults with users concerning maintenance of software system. May develop training programs and manuals for end users.
Assists in preparing quotations on assigned projects.
Recognizes opportunities for the development of additional business with prospects and customers and advises the Marketing Department accordingly.
Minimum Requirements: EE (or similar engineering) Degree from a four-year college or university education. Proven track record of progressive experience. Basic understanding of Rockwell Logix, RS View, and FactoryTalk platforms. Employee and/or team management required. Small or Mid-Size Company experience a plus.

Stock / Shipping / Receiving Clerk “B”
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Materials Manager, or designee.
Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, performs manual and clerical duties in material areas such as receiving, storing and issuing materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Receives material, checks against documentation for nomenclature, identification and quantity; sorts, counts, checks received goods, raw materials, finished or semi-finished parts and subassemblies; stores articles in proper location according to identifying factors; researches part numbers; pulls items and fills orders and issues material, supplies, components and parts from stock; prepares stock kits for production departments and verifies count or documents the shortage; keeps stock in orderly arrangement. May deliver material to requestor. Maintains files and documentation and participates in physical inventory and cycle counting effort as directed.
Utilizes small hand tools, proportional scales, and operates material handling equipment, including fork lifts, skids, pallet handlers, and hand trucks.
Utilizes computer display terminal to check stock, etc.
Responsible for packing and shipping of parts and assemblies.
Drives own vehicle to pick-up and deliver materials to vendors, etc. as required.
May be called upon to perform other duties that the Materials Manager may, from time to time specify.
